Caroline's Autumn favourites...

When the leaves are falling and the dark nights start to draw in, I love to get outdoors and embrace the seasons changes and colours. Then to come home to cosy flickering candles, a nice bottle of red wine and a big pot of delicious stew and dumplings bubbling away on the hob. It’s my favourite time of year.

I love the Autumn! Early nights, Strictly’s back on TV, there’s crumble to eat...all big ticks from me! Do I miss the sunshine? Yes. Do I miss stressing over putting sun cream on my children?! NO!

Whilst I love staying in, I just had to share this photo of my favourite tree on my lunchtime walk last week - it's so important to take advantage of the sun when it does shine!

Our Senior Creative Designer Richard does plenty to make us proud on a daily basis at his desk, and outside of work too!

This month he is taking part in Cancer Research’s ultimate charity bike ride to cycle 300 miles in June! He’s already smashing it and has clocked up 286 miles to date!
