What we do:
Design for Print
The variety of work we cover with Bupa is vast. We’ve had a great relationship with them since 2002 producing magazines, newsletters and brochures to motivate staff across the nation’s Care Homes. From the Global Dementia Care Briefing newsletters, written in English and Spanish, to full campaigns leading staff through cultural change. The Bupa Place campaign is just one example of this and involved a full campaign to inspire, encourage and inform employees in Manchester in the lead up to a massive relocation and changes to their ways of working.
We love working with Bupa, not only does it test our creativity, it also puts our ability to work to strict brand guidelines to the test. Everything we do promotes Bupa’s proactive working ethos and strengthens their objective of involving staff and residents.
One project that we worked on with the aim of encouraging staff to understand and promote Bupa’s ethos of everyone living longer, healthier, happier lives was a series of 6 influential magazines called ‘Health Matters’. This was a great project. We began with an editorial meeting at the start of each issue where we discussed strategy and ideas. Our team researched and wrote the articles, commissioned photography, and designed, printed and distributed the magazine to more than 300 care homes across the UK.
“ICM are a great rarity among creative agencies – producing work that’s stylish, innovative, creative and value for money. They also continue to impress with their constantly evolving knowledge of the business and their willingness to provide both challenge and insight.”
